How does booking work?
Search on Aurévia, choose a deal and you'll be taken to our trusted booking partner to pay and receive your confirmation.
Who do I pay?
Payment is taken securely by the booking partner or airline shown at checkout. Aurévia never stores your card details.
Where is my booking confirmation?
It's emailed to you by the partner you booked with. Check your spam folder if you can't find it.
How do I change or cancel?
Contact the partner or airline on your confirmation — they hold your booking and handle changes and refunds.
Are prices live?
Yes. Prices come straight from airlines and hotels and can change until you complete payment.
What is a multi-city trip?
A journey with several flights, e.g. Athens → Paris → Rome → Athens. Choose 'Multi-city' in the flight search.
Why create an account?
Save favourite destinations, set price alerts for routes you watch and keep your preferred currency and language.
